The Down Syndrome Ireland charity cycle race Tour de Munster 2014 is now well underway as participants strive to complete the gruling 600Km race over four days. The charity event which spans the six counties of Munster starts today and is due to complete on Sunday 10th August in Cork City. The finishing line is not for the faint hearted, our own St. Patrick's Hill. The cyclist are expected to cross the finish line sometime between 5pm and 6pm.
The Cork Butter Exchange Brass & Reed Band will provide entertainment to the spectators and participants as they pass the line. A little bit of encouragement to help all the cyclists cross the line for this very worthy cause.
